Jetbeam Flashlights

This flashlight, the Jetbeam Jet-I PRO V.3 just became my EDC (everyday carry) front pocket light replacing a much lesser quality chinese made light the I bought early last year sometime. The throw (the ability to project light over a distance) on this small of a light is incredible. And the fact that I can program each of the three modes to exactly the output is want, is a great plus. I also am using a 3.7V AA lithium rechargeable (also known as a 14500) in order to get the maximum output of 24o lumens (compared to 145 lumens on a regular or lithium AA). This light comes with either a warm tint led (renders colors better) or a cool tint (brighter, very white light). Anyone needing a small light that is ultra reliable, has great throw, very high output, long runtime, and light weight, I highly recommend this light. Cost is $75.00. Besides the standard accessories, I will also include two lithium batteries and a holster (if, needed).

The Jet-III Military is a very popular light among the military, police, and search and rescue. This light has a maximum output of 225 lumens with a runtime of 1, 2, or 3 hours depending on whether you are using rechargeable CR123 , regular Cr123, or an 18650 3.7V rechargeable lithium ion. On the opposite end of the output spectrum, this light will run for up to 200 hrs at just 2 lumens, which is great for reading at night. As you have read, this light has two modes. With the head tightened, the light is always on max. And the user can program the output they want with the head loosened from 2 - 225 lumens or from a slow strobe to a very fast disorienting strobe. Throw on this light is VERY impressive for a light of its size. You can light up anything within 200 meters (approx. 660 feet). I just recommend that you not light up your friends from close range, unless you trying to annoy them, which you will, or run away from them, which you may need to. Cost is $85.00. Besides the standard accessories, I will also include four lithium batteries and a holster (if, needed).

The Jetbeam RRT-0 Raptor is one of Jetbeams newest lights. You change levels by rotating the stainless steel control ring. Output ranges from 240 lumens on high to 1 lumen on lower low with runtimes of 45 min. to 100 hours. And it has an effective range of 200 meters.It uses a CR123/ R(echargeable)CR123 lithium but with the AA extension it can also use an alkaline, Ni-MH rechargeable, or a 3.7V lithium AA rechargeable. This light would make a great pistol light.
Cost for this light is $102.00. Cost with the AA extension is $112.00 Besides the standard accessories, I will also include two lithium batteries of your choice (AA or CR123 lithium) and a holster (if, needed).



Jetbeams M1X is one light to behold, or in this case, hold. It is rated at 450 lumens with a range of 500+ yards, that over a 1/4 mile! And with the right batteries (3.7V 18650 lithium rechargeables), it will run for 3 hours on high and 300 hours (12.5 days!) on low. This light is programmed like the Jet-III M. High with the head tight and user programmable mode with head slightly loosened. Anyone needing a search light, anyone wanting to see across a field looking for livestock, or anyone that hunts (legally) needs to check this bad boy out. When you see this light in action, you might just stare in awe, just don't stare into the light!

The birth of Apollo Flashlights

How does someone ever become a flashlight dealer? For me it started with a friend giving me an led light as a gift nine years ago. Actually, it even started before that with the Maglite. Though not a great light by todays standards, it was one of the best in it's day.

After my first led light, the addiction progressed slowly with a little brighter flashlight, a little longer runtime, new features until I became a full fledged addict. And an addict has to share his addiction. I've given several as gifts, bought and sold a number online, and sold a few to family and friends.

But that wasn't enough, and so I decided to become a dealer for several brands of flashlights and offer them for sale locally to law enforcement, military, hunters, campers, etc. Actually, as a flashaholic, we believe everyone should have a good light. Or two or three or four or..... And so begins this journey to spread good cheer and as many lumens as possible.

Let's begin with the brands that I am a dealer. These include 4Sevens, Jetbeam, ITP, Nitecore, Fenix, and others that I may add later. My favorite brand based on quality, features, value is 4Sevens. They have been a dealer for other brands for 4-5 years and just last year they started producing their own brand of lights from the feedback of hundreds of flashaholics.

First up is the Preon 1 & 2 AAA flashlight

















Compact and absurdly bright. Three primary levels of output and three special modes of output. Lightweight and elegant. The world's first AAA powered, CREE XP-G flashlight!

The Preon Kit comes with a Preon head, Preon I body, Preon II body, clicky tailswitch, and a flat tailswitch. The Preon head is interchangeable between the bodies with light outputs dependent on the body (and, thus, number of batteries) that is attached. The head will also work with both tailcaps - the clicky allows you to control it with the button, whereas the flat tailcap turns the Preon into a "twisty" light just like the Preon 1.

These lights have incredible output and runtime for such a small light (especially with 2 AAA batteries). And instead of knurling, they have a patented anodized coating that has a surprising amount of grip. These lights come in four colors, titanium, titanium and black aluminum, and as a single AAA, double AAA or as a kit that include both body tubes and a click and a twist switch. And if you buy the kit, with only an addition purchase of another head, you could make two complete flashlights.

Next up is their Quark line.

These lights are designed to lego, that is, the head, body, and tails are interchangeable. This line of lights comes in a mini, regular or tactical, turbo, and RGB (reg, green, blue, and white light)




























There are too many different Quarks to list all their specifications, so just browse their website. FYI, their Quark line include single and double AA and single and double CR123 battery lights. Output ranges from .2 lumens to 230 lumens (which they rate OTF, out-the-front, lumens measured outside the lights and not just the emitter or led lumens which many companys rate so that their lights look to be brighter). And runtimes up to 30 days!!!

And so you can see where this company is going, I will put up a picture of their flashlights that they will be coming out with later this year.

This is the Maelstrom line.

These are extremely high output lights. Ranging from 500-1800 emitter lumens. Yes these are emitter lumens so the OTF lumens would be about 20-30% less, so about 400-1400 lumens. I can't wait to get my hand on these lights. Should be great lights for law enforcement and hunters.
